Feel the Beat.

Settle your attention into your body. Hands off. Count your heartbeat internally for 60 seconds.
Reset  ·  60 sec Eyes open. Slow breath. Silently name five things you can see. Slow breath.

Find your pulse. Wrist or neck. Count heartbeats for 60 seconds.
Compare your two numbers. Drop the gap in the chat.
